Easy form builder

I got the Ninja Forms Core Plugin. It was quick to download and install. Used it to make a simple contact form. Very easy to use. No problems so far.

Good for complex forms

I purchased the Professional Plan and the Conditional Logic Add-on for a client site. Ordering was straightforward on their website. It took about 10 minutes to complete the purchase and get the licenses. Installation on WordPress was simple as expected. The drag-and-drop interface for building forms is pretty intuitive, which helped a lot. I had a small issue with a field not showing up correctly after an update, so I contacted support. They got back to me within a day and provided clear instructions that fixed it. The conditional logic works well, letting me hide or show fields based on user input, which was a key requirement. Overall, the quality of the plugin and add-on seems solid, and it's been stable on the site for weeks now. It's a capable tool for more than just basic contact forms.

Decent value with discount

I bought the Personal Plan during a holiday promotion. I got about 20% off the usual price, which made it feel like a much better deal. I was looking at a few form builders, and this discount pushed me to try Ninja Forms. For what I paid, it's definitely worth it. I needed something for a small business site, and the features included in the Personal Plan are sufficient. It saved me a good chunk of money compared to the regular price, and it does what I need without any extra hassle. I'm satisfied with the purchase for the price point I got.
